How can we help?

Search our guides or browse by topic to get the most out of your Le' Coop shop.

Getting Started

Set up your shop the right way from day one.

Open Settings from the dashboard sidebar. Add your business name, contact details, service area, and upload your logo. Your logo and brand colors flow automatically into quotes, your public page, and your co-branded marketing kit, so it's worth getting this right first.

Go to Services in the sidebar and tap “Add Service.” Give each service a name, short description, price, and estimated duration. These services become the building blocks for every quote and booking — you can add as many detail packages and à-la-carte add-ons as you like, and edit pricing any time.

Head to Membership Plans in the sidebar. Create a plan, set the monthly or yearly price, and list the perks members receive (priority booking, included details, member-only pricing). Plans are billed on a recurring cycle, giving you predictable monthly revenue on top of one-off jobs.

Quotes & Jobs

From first estimate to final payment.

Open Quotes & Inquiries and tap “New Quote.” Pick services from your catalog, adjust quantities or pricing, add a note, and send. The customer receives a branded quote they can review and accept online — no back-and-forth texting required.

When you send a quote you can require a deposit to lock in the booking. The customer pays securely online, the remaining balance is tracked automatically, and they settle the balance from their job page once the detail is complete. Every payment is handled through the built-in secure checkout.

On the day of the job, open Active Jobs and start the timer the moment you begin. It runs live and is visible to both you and the customer, so there's full transparency on how long the detail takes. Stop it when you finish and the total time is saved to the job record.

While a job is active, open it from Active Jobs and add any extra service as an add-on. The customer sees the new line item and updated total appear live on their job page, so there are no surprises — great for upsells like engine bays or pet-hair removal discovered on site.

From the active job, propose a new total with a short reason. The customer gets an approval request on their job page and taps to approve or reject. The price only changes once they approve, protecting both of you and keeping every adjustment on the record.

Team Management

Grow beyond a one-person shop.

Open My Team in the sidebar and add a team member with their name and details. Once added, they show up when you assign jobs and can receive their own work orders — no full account setup required on their end.

From a booking or scheduled job, choose the detailer you want to handle it under the assignment option. They'll be able to run the timer, share photos, and chat with the customer on that specific job.

Each assigned detailer gets a secure magic link to their work orders. They tap the link — no password to remember — and see only the jobs assigned to them, where they can start timers, upload before/after photos, and message the customer. The link is scoped so they only ever see their own work.

Customer Communication

Keep every conversation on the job.

Every job has a built-in Messages thread. Open a job and use the Messages tab to chat with the customer in real time — questions, gate codes, arrival updates — all kept on the job, so no one has to share personal phone numbers.

Inside a job's Messages thread, tap the photo button to attach an image. Before/after shots appear right in the chat for the customer and become a visual record of the work you delivered — perfect proof of quality and a natural lead-in to a great review.

Before you start, use the job's Messages thread to capture the vehicle's condition — snap photos of existing scratches, stains, or damage and note them for the customer. Documenting the starting condition up front protects you from disputes and sets clear expectations for the finished result.

Marketing & Growth

Win new customers and bring them back.

Your marketing assets are generated from your business profile and brand. Make sure your logo and details are set in Settings, then use your public page link and shareable job photos as ready-made marketing material for social posts and flyers.

You get an auto-generated public profile page that showcases your services, pricing, and brand — with a built-in booking flow. Find and share the link from the Public Page section in your sidebar; customers can browse and book you directly from it.

After a job is completed, an automatic follow-up invites the customer to leave a review and stay in touch. Great reviews build your reputation on your public page, and staying top-of-mind is what turns a one-time detail into a repeat customer. Track these under Reviews in the sidebar.
